Key Responsibilities

  • Virtualization: Utilize expertise in HyperV and VMware to maintain and optimize virtual environments.
  • Cloud Services: Manage and support cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure, ensuring seamless integration and operations.
  • Microsoft 365 & Intune: Administer and support Microsoft 365 and Intune environments, ensuring compliance and efficiency across the company's systems.

Requirements

  • Experience in an MSP Environment: Prior experience working in an MSP setting is highly desirable.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide innovative solutions.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, VMware) would be advantageous.
