Job Role: Learning Support Assistant

Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and conscientious individual to provide practical and personal hygiene care support for a student with additional health needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1-1 personal care support for a student with additional health needs.
  • Work with individuals, small groups, and in class to support the learning needs of our students.
  • Support the student's learning needs in a term-time only, 39-week per year, Monday to Friday, 8.45am to 3.05pm role.

Requirements:

  • A good standard of general education.
  • A flexible and committed approach to working as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be a distinct advantage, although training will be provided.
