About the Role

Jupiter is seeking an experienced ESG Research and Integration Manager to join our team. As a key member of our ESG Research and Integration team, you will play a critical role in supporting our investment teams in their ESG-related activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and participate in the delivery of ESG research and integration activities, including the use and interpretation of ESG data to support investment processes.
  • Generate engagement ideas that consider ESG risks and opportunities and support our wider responsible investment commitments.
  • Conduct direct and collaborative engagement with companies to represent client interests.
  • Support the Head of ESG Research and Integration with the delivery of strategic, regulatory, and policy initiatives related to ESG and sustainability.
  • Deliver insights on key ESG themes across the investment floor, including the production of thought leadership investment research.
Requirements
  • Deep understanding of the ESG landscape within the investment industry and associated client requirements.
  • Demonstrable experience working within the financial services/investment industry with strong analytical capability, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze companies from an ESG and sustainability perspective.
  • Management skills and ability to deliver complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead a variety of meetings and adapt one's style to disseminate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong IT skills, including Excel and PowerPoint, with experience with PowerBI, Refinitiv, and Bloomberg viewed favorably.
