Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and Commission BMS Hardware and Software: Design, install, and commission Building Management Systems (BMS) hardware and software components, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Conduct Site Surveys and Assessments: Conduct thorough site surveys and assessments to determine the most suitable BMS solutions for clients, taking into account their specific needs and requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and Resolve Technical Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to BMS installations and operations, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
  • Perform Regular Maintenance and Updates: Perform regular maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance of BMS systems, including software updates, hardware replacements, and system configurations.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and Stakeholders: Collaborate with project managers, electrical engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery, meeting client expectations and deadlines.
  • Provide Technical Support and Training: Provide technical support and training to clients and end-users, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to operate and maintain BMS systems effectively.

  • Stay Current with Industry Trends and Advancements: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, standards, and advancements in BMS technology, ensuring our clients receive the best possible solutions and services.
  • Ensure Compliance with Regulations and Standards: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and safety protocols, protecting our clients' interests and reputation.
Qualifications:
  • Proven Experience in BMS Design, Installation, and Commissioning: Proven experience in designing, installing, and commissioning Building Management Systems, with a strong understanding of BMS hardware, software, and networking protocols.
  • Strong Knowledge of BMS Programming Languages and Tools: Proficiency in BMS programming languages and tools, including Tridium, Cylon, Distech, Trend, or AutoCAD.
  • Excellent Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders.
