About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned recruitment professional to join our team at OX Seven Talent Partners R2R. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and acquiring top talent for our clients in the manufacturing, industrial, and transport sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet client needs
  • Source and engage with potential candidates through various channels
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify top talent
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, including temp and permanent placements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a senior role
  • Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding recruitment targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends
