Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Programme Management Specialist to join our team at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trusts. As a key member of our Programme Management Office, you will play a vital role in the delivery of our programmes.

The salary for this position is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with complex data and develop effective ways of measuring the performance of our projects and programmes. You will assist in developing assurance processes within our Microsoft Office 365-based Programme Management System, including monitoring, reporting, and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) formulation.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with programme managers to develop effective metrics for project and programme performance
  • Designing and implementing reports to support decision-making and governance
  • Maintaining accurate and complete data in our Programme Management system
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field or significant recent equivalent work experience in project management or data analysis
  • Experience of analysing data and producing reports with insight and recommendations
  • Proficiency in MS Power Platform, including Power BI and Power Automate
