We are seeking a talented Strategic Mergers and Acquisitions Specialist to join our team at an undisclosed global corporate finance boutique. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing M&A deals, with a specific focus on sell-side transactions, including financial modeling, valuation analysis, due diligence, and deal structuring.

  1. Assist in the management of M&A deals, including financial modeling, valuation analysis, due diligence, and deal structuring.
  2. Perform in-depth sector research to support deal origination and strategic recommendations.

Requirements:

  1. 3-5 years of relevant experience in M&A, investment banking, or corporate finance, with a strong background in sell-side transactions.
  2. Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with a proven ability to handle complex financial data and provide clear insights.
  3. Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
