Key Responsibilities:
As an Assistant Manager at Halfords, you will work closely with the Centre Manager to drive profitability and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your time will be divided between the workshop, where you will work alongside technicians, and assisting the Centre Manager with daily sales and customer service.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven ability to deliver high customer satisfaction and experience through effective management
- Experience in coaching and training colleagues
- Technical or mechanical ability or experience
- Experience of meeting compliance standards across Health and Safety
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- IT proficiency, with a willingness to learn in-house systems
- Good time management
- A current valid driving licence
