Coatings Specialist

Wrightbus is seeking a skilled Spray Painter to join our team in Galgorm Industrial Estate. As a key member of our Production/Finishing department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality finishes on our buses.
Key Responsibilities:- Apply basecoat and direct gloss colours to vehicles, ensuring a flawless finish.
- Perform touch-up repairs and small paint repairs to meet customer specifications.
- Assist in paint preparation, including marking up vehicles prior to painting.
- Operate plant, equipment, and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Comply with company Health and Safety policies and procedures.
- Participate in training and retraining to maintain skills and knowledge.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills.
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of personal accountability.
- Competitive hourly rate of £15.50.
