Lead Client Services and Transfers Expert

EC1 Partners Ltd is seeking an experienced leader to support the Head of Investor Services in developing a client-centric service model and growing the personal investor platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head of Investor Services in developing a client service model that meets the needs of personal investors.
  • Grow the personal investor platform through effective client engagement and relationship-building.
  • Mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and expertise.
  • Improve the effectiveness of the Client Service function by identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, including high-risk clients, and manage complex processes such as GDPR requests.
  • Act as the voice of the client for client service communications, including social care reviews and incident communications.
  • Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of EC1 Partners Ltd's funds, products, and services.
  • Understand the overall Financial Services industry and related legal, tax, and regulatory issues to guide clients.
  • Lead and build teams with a strong client focus, with a minimum of 5 years' experience working with Financial Service Client service.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical data skills, with experience in developing and testing hypotheses.
  • Aptitude in understanding business strategy, the customer base, products, and services, as well as relevant industry issues and trends.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
