We're looking for a seasoned Risk Manager to join our team at Revolut. As a key member of our Risk team, you'll play a crucial role in identifying, quantifying, and managing Revolut's capital risk.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain risk management policies, procedures, and limits to ensure effective capital risk management.
  • Collaborate with Treasury, Finance, Operations, Technology, and the broader Risk team to assess and oversee risk-taking activities.
  • Prepare the local ICAAP and Recovery plan, and engage with first-line businesses to identify, monitor, and govern emerging capital risks.
  • Monitor Revolut capital risk exposures versus established limits, investigate risk events, and produce related MI reports.
  • Identify key financial and non-financial risks that require capital allocation, and build financial models to support capital planning.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in capital risk management or management consulting in financial services.
  • Knowledge and experience of capital risk regulations, issues, and methodologies, including ICAAP and Recovery Planning.
  • An understanding of global financial markets, products, and key capital risk drivers.
  • Expertise in various stress testing methodologies, model development, implementation, and governance.
  • Experience with SQL or other scripting language.
