About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineering Manager to join our team at Confused. As a key member of our engineering leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our software engineering efforts and driving the development of our next-generation comparison platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of experienced software engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Develop and implement technical roadmaps to drive innovation and improvement in our software development processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Identify and prioritize technical debt and implement strategies to address it.
  • Ensure the team is working on the highest-value goals and priorities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading software engineering teams and driving technical innovation.
  • Strong technical skills in cloud technologies, software lifecycle management, and agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Experience with Azure and Microsoft ecosystem.
