About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Quantitative Surveyor to join our team at Rubicon Consulting. As a key member of our commercial department, you will play a vital role in supporting project teams and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Support project managers in delivering projects and achieving financial outcomes, ensuring activities align with commercial strategy and meet operational, financial, and legislative standards.">
  • Provide commercial support to projects and tenders, including identifying significant risks within enquiry documentation and terms and conditions.">
  • Manage contractual change control, including timely agreement with customers and subcontractors, and resolve contractual issues with project managers.">
  • Build positive relationships with subcontractors, ensure subcontracts are properly let, and maintain financial and contractual control of subcontractor accounts.">
  • Contribute to project team commercial performance, including priming project managers on key risks and opportunities, and participating in validation of projects won.">
  • Prepare and submit interim applications for payment, analyse payment notices, and monitor cash receipts, progress debt recovery, and resolve financial exceptions.">
  • Prepare ongoing cost reconciliation and monthly project forecast reporting.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Degree or equivalent level qualification in Quantity Surveying or similar.">
  • Practical experience in the industry, commensurate with the role.">
  • IT literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Primavera cloud, and Power Bi.">

Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
