A Purchasing Ledger Clerk is required to join our finance team in Aylesbury. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for checking Purchase Ledger Invoices, seeking PO approval, query management, account reconciliation, payment schedules, and reporting.
- Check Purchase Ledger Invoices and seek PO approval
- Verify accuracy of 350+ invoices per month
- Manage queries and resolve issues
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, such as Purchase Ledger Clerk or Accounts Assistant, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, plus strong benefits, including a supportive and collaborative team environment.
