About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Depot Supervisor to join our team at SRL Traffic Systems. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading our depot's daily activities, ensuring smooth logistics management, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Inspire and guide your team to achieve operational excellence, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and colleagues, ensuring seamless collaboration and top-notch customer service.
  • Logistics Management: Oversee schedules, deliveries, and collections, utilizing your exceptional organizational skills to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Health & Safety: Uphold health and safety standards, guaranteeing a safe working environment for all team members.
  • On-Call Support: Be part of our on-call rotation, providing support and assistance as needed.
