Senior Project Manager - Real Estate

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our expanding Real Estate team in Belfast. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading project management commissions, ensuring end-to-end service delivery, and acting as the primary client interface.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead project management commissions, taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery.
  • Act as the key, day-to-day client interface, ensuring client objectives are met and projects are delivered to time and cost targets.
  • Manage commissions of varying scale and value, up to £40m in value.
  • Provide strategic advice at the project conception stage, including guidance on approaches to achieve client objectives.
  • Establish effective project governance, processes, and systems to be utilized throughout the project.
  • Monitor and apply performance management techniques, including the use of KPIs to improve project performance.
  • Manage the change control process, monitor project finances, and ensure the production of formal project progress reports.
Requirements:
  • Degree qualified in a relevant discipline.
  • Proven experience managing Real Estate projects, ideally in a consultancy environment.
