The successful candidate will ensure business objectives are achieved in a rapidly changing business and regulatory environment. This is a full-time, permanent position working onsite at least 3 days per week with home working. We are flexible on location.
As a Governance and Compliance Specialist, you will analyse business requirements, make recommendations for change, and design effective solutions. You will liaise with developers through the build process to ensure a fit-for-purpose solution for our end users. You will be the accountable person on projects, requiring excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and a proactive approach to work.
Key responsibilities include managing and resolving service requests, providing business systems training, producing system documentation for current and new system processes, and working with key business users to determine future systems evolution in line with company strategy and departmental objectives.
Requirements include hands-on expertise with SAP GRC Access Controls Version 12.0, Emergency Access Management (EAM), and Access Risk Analysis (ARA). A minimum of 3 years' experience in SAP GRC Access Controls configuration and support is required. Implementation experience of SAP GRC Access Controls and Process Controls is desirable but not essential.
