Job Summary:

Boston Hale is seeking a Senior Analytics Professional to join our team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end analytics process, from data cleaning to delivering insights.

You will be responsible for implementing end-to-end ETL processes to clean and implement data from multiple sources within a disorganized data state. Your primary focus will be on working closely with technology teams to ensure proper tagging, tracking, ingestion, and surfacing of data for reporting and analytics.

In addition, you will lead data visualization efforts, creating datasets, dashboards, and compelling visualizations to communicate insights about digital content engagement. You will optimize user experience on apps and sites, using data insights to drive customer-centric strategies.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing the end-to-end analytics process
  • Ability to implement ETL processing and data warehousing
  • SQL proficiency and knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau and PowerBi
  • Effective communication and leadership skills
