Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a Personal Injury Solicitor to join our team at CV-Library. As a Personal Injury Counsel, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of litigated personal injury matters that are moderate to high value.

Responsibilities
  • Managing a caseload of litigated personal injury matters that are moderate to high value
  • Acting for claimants in Employers Liability and Public Liability matters
  • Judging liability on Portal cases and deciding whether litigation is appropriate
Qualifications and Experience

We require a clean and current practising certificate, previous experience in a similar role working with personal injury matters including EL and PL Matters, strong litigation experience, and excellent communication and organisational skills. Our estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $110,000 per annum.
