RSK Group is seeking a highly skilled DSEAR Project Lead to oversee the delivery of DSEAR workstream projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and within-budget delivery, meeting customer requirements and standards. This role requires a strong focus on safety, customer quality, cost, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective project plans to achieve customer specifications and quality expectations.
  • Collaborate with JV partners and the wider supply chain to ensure programme targets are met.
  • Oversee the overall performance of the DSEAR workstream, including financial management and maintaining the orderly operation of planned activities.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members, and communicate with other delivery managers and functions regarding forward work projections.
  • Drive process improvements through data analysis and implement changes to training, working practices, and processes.
  • Attend meetings, communicate instructions, and produce written reports and monthly board updates.
  • Conduct risk assessments and resolve problems, and identify and deploy technical skill sets, resource levels, and systems to deliver activities.

Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar Project Management role, preferably in an engineering or similar industry background.
  • Qualification to degree level in an engineering discipline.
  • CompEx 01-04 Hazardous Areas, CompEx 12 Design of Electrical Installations in Hazardous Areas, and CompEx 14 Responsible Person certifications.
  • Extensive delivery experience within the DSEAR sector and proven supervisory experience.
  • A good understanding of the water and waste water industry and processes is desirable.
  • The ability to write detailed reports and a clear understanding of the NEC form of contract is required.
  • A full UK driving license is necessary for travel to various sites across the country.
