About the Role

As an Electronics Engineer, you will be part of our Integrated Project Teams and gain valuable experience in designing and testing new and existing products. You will work with experienced engineers to understand key processes and technologies and develop practical skills in engineering.

Job Description

This is a 3.5-year program that includes rotating through different electronics disciplines to identify your strengths and interests. In your final placement, you will join a specialist team of engineers and work on real-time projects. You will also attend university on a mixture of day and block day release to complete your Embedded Electronics & Systems Design Apprenticeship (ST0151), which includes a BEng (Hons) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.

Requirements

You will need to have GCSEs/Standards, A 'Levels/Highers (or equivalent), or looking for a new career path. As an apprentice, you will be fully supported as you rotate within the business, working on real-time projects alongside highly skilled professionals who are passionate about their work.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience and location. We offer a competitive entry salary and salary increases as you progress. You will also receive a company-funded benefits package, including private healthcare, dental schemes, Workplace ISA, Go Green Car Scheme, technology, and lifestyle options (£500 annual allowance).
