Warehouse Operative Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our team at TRCGroup. As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as LLOPs and bulk movers to move stock around the warehouse safely.
  • Move palletized stock throughout the warehouse and ensure it is stored in the correct location.
  • Perform manual handling tasks, including down-stacking, to maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve warehouse goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Physically capable of performing manual handling tasks.
  • Good attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality of work.
  • Reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
