Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science using R/Python and experience working with large-scale tax datasets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean, transform, and analyze large-scale tax datasets using R.
  • Automate recurring analyses and reporting using R.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in R programming for data analysis and statistical modeling.
  • Solid knowledge of statistical techniques such as regression analysis, clustering, and hypothesis testing.
  • Familiarity with tax data or financial data.
  • Experience with SQL or other database query languages.
  • Strong understanding of data cleaning, pre-processing, and validation methods.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with machine learning techniques for predictive analysis.
  • Knowledge of tax policies and regulations.
  • Experience working with government tax datasets or in the public sector.
