About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Excavator and Grab Operator to join our client's team. As an Excavator and Grab Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy plant equipment, including 360 Excavators, Crushers, and Loading Shovels, to ensure efficient and safe excavation and material handling operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate heavy plant equipment, including 360 Excavators, Crushers, and Loading Shovels, to excavate and handle materials.
  • Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and serviced to prevent downtime and ensure safe operation.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to plan and execute excavation and material handling projects.
  • Develop and implement safe working practices to minimize the risk of accidents and injuries.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • CPCS/NPORS blue card (A red card may be considered depending on experience and willingness to progress).
  • Previous experience working with grab attachments.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and proactive individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to travel between different client sites.
  • Full clean UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
