Job Overview

New Balance seeks a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to maintain the company's manufacturing plant's infrastructure, networks, and systems. The ideal candidate will have deep technological expertise across networking, computer systems, and software, as well as effective interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders throughout the factory and global IT team.

This role is a primary IT interface for the manufacturing teams, requiring strong technical knowledge of network and operating systems. The successful candidate will be able to work on the technical side, consult with business stakeholders, and help define requirements and solutions for IT projects. Additionally, they will participate in an Agile team, administer all equipment and hardware upgrades, manage asset management, and create and maintain IT documentation.

The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
