Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Specialist Interiors Contractor

The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry, specifically in quantity surveying, and be proficient in obtaining cost information, establishing financial files, and raising invoices.
- Obtain and analyze cost data, including estimates and quotations, to inform project decisions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial records, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
- Collaborate with the accounts department to raise draft invoices and ensure timely payment.
- Produce sales forecasts based on valuation dates, providing valuable insights for business growth.
- Place sub-contract orders, ensuring seamless project execution.
- The role requires flexibility, with regular travel to sites in Oxford, Cambridge, and London as needed.
- Applicants should have at least 18 months of experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry.
- A construction-related qualification at A Levels, T Levels, BTECs, or higher, or equivalent UCAS Tariff points, is essential.
