Job Description

This Senior Quantity Surveyor Commercial role presents an excellent opportunity to work in the East of England, managing and delivering cost management duties on capital projects. You will work closely with Associate or Director to develop and execute cost management strategies, mentor junior staff, and establish collaborative relationships with clients and industry partners.

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate cost management plans for projects from inception to completion.
  • Mentor and support junior staff on individual and complex projects, promoting their growth and development.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and industry partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in a construction-related discipline, such as Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, or Construction Management, and possess proven experience in a consulting environment, providing full spectrum cost management services.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as primary client point of contact for projects, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Effectively manage tasks and deadlines, maintaining high standards of quality and timeliness.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to achieve project objectives.

Estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards.
