Your Key Responsibilities:- Care Coordination: Coordinate care activities and ensure that residents receive the highest level of care and attention.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and support care staff to ensure that they are able to deliver high-quality care and services.
- Rota Management: Manage staff rotas to ensure that there is adequate care support available at all times.
- Standards of Care: Maintain high standards of care by ensuring that all staff are supervised appropriately and that areas across the Care Home are kept clean and tidy.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with visitors, family members, and other healthcare professionals to promote the Home in a positive manner.
- Compassionate Approach: Show compassion and empathy towards residents, their families, and carers.
- Collaborative Spirit: Work collaboratively with others to achieve shared goals and promote a positive team culture.
- Effective Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication skills to influence others positively and professionally.
- Passion for Care: Demonstrate a passion for delivering high-quality care and making a positive difference in the lives of our residents.
