We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil Design Engineer to join our team at Vulcain Engineering - UK. As a key member of our Technical Communities, you will play a crucial role in designing, analyzing, and overseeing the construction of civil structures within nuclear power plants and related facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Develop detailed civil and structural designs for nuclear facilities, including containment structures, cooling towers, and support buildings.
  • Design Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain comprehensive design documentation, including calculations, drawings, and technical reports.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other engineering disciplines, including mechanical, electrical, and system engineers.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: Experience in civil design engineering, preferably within the nuclear industry.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of civil engineering design codes, particularly Eurocodes.
