Senior Care Team Lead Position

We are seeking a skilled Registered Manager to lead our small learning disability service in Gloucester. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for managing a small team of care staff, evaluating and improving standards of care and support, and maintaining compliance with CQC standards and regulations.
About the Job:
- You will lead and manage a small, supportive team of care staff.
- You will evaluate and improve standards of care and support to meet individual needs and preferences.
- You will maintain compliance with CQC standards and regulations, ensuring the service retains its Good rating.
- You will develop and implement person-centred care plans.
- You will oversee financial and administrative responsibilities.
Requirements:
- A minimum Level 4 NVQ in Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification is required.
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager or senior leadership role within a care setting is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards is essential.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing high-quality care, are necessary.
