About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team at Zurich 56 Company Ltd. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in delivering a first-class bordereaux service, supporting data projects, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage timely processing of premium and exposure bordereaux data onto Zurich's systems.
  • Investigate and resolve any data quality issues.
  • Track timeliness of incoming premium/risk bordereaux data and escalate queries or incomplete records to the Delegated Authority Business Manager as appropriate.
  • Focus on the design, implementation, and improvements of various processes and procedures.
  • Work with various sources of data to produce meaningful insights and analytics.
  • Validate bordereaux data and investigate any discrepancies.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to maintain high standards of data quality and smooth operations.
  • Timely and accurate reporting of terrorism data, premium bookings, and exposure information on Zurich's systems.
  • Ensure data quality and accounts queries are resolved within acceptable timeframes.
  • Carry out any ad-hoc tasks as required by the Bordereaux or Underwriting manager.

Requirements:

  • Excel knowledge or interest in data, analytics, and technology essential.
  • Coding knowledge and skills desirable.
