We are seeking a dedicated and inspiring MFL Teacher to join our vibrant team at a well-established secondary school in Brentwood.

Position Overview:

The successful MFL Teacher will play a key role in delivering a comprehensive and engaging curriculum across Key Stages 3 and 4, shaping the language learning journey of students and cultivating a love for French and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver engaging French and Spanish lessons aligned with the national curriculum and the school's ethos.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and enthusiasm for language learning.
  • Regularly assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to help each student improve and achieve their full potential.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues in the Modern Foreign Languages department to enrich the student learning experience.
  • Stay updated on the latest teaching strategies and developments in French and Spanish education.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • A degree in French, Spanish, or a related field.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Demonstrated experience as an MFL Teacher at the secondary level.
