About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Assistant Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in executing our marketing strategy and supporting the sales and marketing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day marketing activities, creating engaging content, and helping execute campaigns that resonate with our audience. Your work will directly contribute to strengthening our presence across LinkedIn, our website, internal channels, and marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Content Creation & Management:
    Develop compelling posts for LinkedIn and the company intranet.
    Update and optimise content on our website for maximum impact.
    Assist in creating visually appealing brochures and marketing materials.
  2. Campaign Execution:
    Plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly marketing campaigns.
    Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
    Tailor content to reach specific target audiences effectively.
  3. Brand Consistency:
    Ensure all materials align with our branding guidelines.
    Regularly review and update assets to maintain quality and consistency.
  4. Collaboration:
    Work with cross-functional teams to gather insights and assets.
    Support ad-hoc marketing initiatives and act as a go-to resource for internal queries.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience in marketing or communications, ideally in a B2B environment.
  • Proven ability to create compelling content for LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO principles and web content management systems is a plus.
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Hootsuite is desirable.

Salary Range: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
