We are pioneering the development of ultra-low Earth orbit satellites to advance global connectivity and insight.
Our engineering teams are pushing the boundaries of satellite technology, tackling one of the toughest challenges in the field: building satellites that can breathe air and operate at an altitude of just 200 km.
This requires a high level of expertise and innovation, and we are seeking a skilled thermal engineer who can deliver a thermal control system from scratch.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of thermal control design for satellites, extensive experience using lab equipment, and proficiency in FEM and thermal analysis tools.

The role involves working alongside our mechanical and electronics engineers to ensure the stable operation of our satellite and engine, with temperatures exceeding 300°C.
The responsibilities include performing thermal analysis, advising hardware development teams, and providing thermal engineering leadership and support.
Fundamental requirements include a strong understanding of thermal control design, experience with lab equipment, and proficiency in FEM and thermal analysis tools.

Application Process
Our interview process consists of four stages. The initial stage involves a call with Alex, followed by two interviews with our founders, Anatolii and Ruslan. If you progress successfully through these stages, you will be invited to complete a set of technical tasks, which will be reviewed and discussed during the fourth and final interview. If feasible, we would also like to invite you to our facilities in Reading as part of the final interview.
