Job Overview

Fortus Recruitment is seeking a skilled Multitrader to join our team. As a Multitrader, you will be responsible for providing maintenance services to residential properties in the Sussex area.

Responsibilities:

* Perform a range of trade skills, including carpentry, plumbing, plastering, painting, and tiling
* Work on residential properties, including homes and apartments
* Provide excellent customer service and interact with clients in a professional manner
* Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail in all work
* Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors as needed

Requirements:

* Experience in residential maintenance and trade skills
* Good social skills and ability to work with clients
* Asbestos awareness certificate and DBS check
* Valid driver's license
* Qualifications in trade skills (desired)
