**About The Role**

The Retail Partnership Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Womenswear Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development of commercial and on-trend womenswear jersey products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create innovative and forward-thinking designs that meet the needs of major retail and e-tailers.
  • Work closely with buyers to understand their briefs and develop designs that meet their expectations.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of current trends and fashion directions.
  • Maintain a strong focus on commerciality and ensuring designs are viable for production.
  • Presentation skills: effectively communicate design ideas through boards and presentations to customers.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a commercial womenswear environment with a focus on jersey products.
  • Strong CAD and illustration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

**Salary:** £50,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + benefits package.
