Job Description:

As a Senior Health and Safety Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting our business operations by providing expert health and safety advice and guidance. You will work closely with our construction teams to identify and mitigate potential health and safety risks, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

You will have a strong background in health and safety, with a focus on construction and a proven track record of success in a similar role. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels, from front-line staff to senior management.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing health and safety advice and guidance to our construction teams
  • Developing and implementing health and safety policies and procedures
  • Conducting regular site visits to monitor health and safety practices
  • Identifying and reporting any health and safety hazards or incidents
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure effective health and safety management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. construction management, health and safety)
  • NEBOSH certification or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience in a health and safety role
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary and Benefits:

Salary: £55,193 per annum
