We are seeking a highly skilled Finance and Analytics Expert to join our Supply Chain Operations team at Suntory Holdings Limited.
Key Responsibilities- Provide financial and analytical business partnering support to the Supply Chain, Quality & Engineering teams, and deputize for the Senior Finance Manager when required.
- Lead the preparation of site repairs and maintenance budgets and forecast updates, ensuring all deviations are clearly understood and communicated.
- Collaborate with the Senior Finance Manager to prepare the Supply Chain annual budget, engaging supply chain managers in the process and building templates to assist managers in creating and tracking their budgets.
- Take a critical view of all SC Finance monthly processes, aiming to automate and harmonize processes wherever possible.
- Support the SC Finance Director and SBFE central SC finance team in delivering the SBFE BPO projects and transformation.
- Business partner the Coleford site capability and continuous improvement teams, supporting the FBP in project delivery.
- Identify process improvements to deliver against Internal Control and JSOX requirements.
- Provide financial support to project teams to ensure delivery of key COVI projects.
- Senior SC Manager and the Supply Chain finance team.
- Commercial finance, FP&A & Financial control teams.
- Supply Chain FD.
- SBFE SC Finance Central team.
- Factory Leadership team and Site Budget owners.
- Manufacturing, engineering, quality, planning, logistics and EHS teams.
- Confident and credible in front of Internal & External business partners.
