Senior Care Professional Job Opportunity
">We are recruiting for a Registered Care Manager to lead our care team in Westmeath. As a senior care professional, you will be responsible for providing leadership and management support, driving compliance with regulations, and promoting our foundation's values.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership, management, and guidance to the care team.
- Achieve the highest levels of compliance with regulations, laws, quality standards & policies.
- Accountable for the Health and Safety of staff and clients.
- Promote our aims and values.
- Review and improve operational processes.
- Identify and recruit high-quality carers.
Qualifications and Experience:
- NVQ level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
- Experience in the care industry, leading inspections with regulatory bodies.
- Demonstrate determination, driven, ambitious personality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient use of MS Office.
- Organized, attentive to detail, creative thinker.
Salary and Benefits: €55,000 - €70,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a competitive benefits package, including flexible working hours, to ensure a healthy work-life balance as a valued member of our team at I-Retail Sheffeild.
