Business Support Lead

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Business Support Team, you will provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to our Executive Management team.
Key Responsibilities- Manage our virtual front of house, ensuring a seamless experience for our patients and staff.
- Coordinate incoming phone lines, ensuring the switchboard is covered at all times.
- Manage orders, deliveries, suppliers, and reconcile petty cash spend.
- Provide secretarial and organizational support to the Business Support and Executive Management teams.
- Support the team in logistics for larger meetings and events, including the AGM and staff conference.
- Cross-cover for other Business Support team members as needed.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Accurate typing and good keyboard and data entry skills.
- Proven time management skills, dealing with multiple priorities and work pressures.
- Minimum two years previous experience working with management teams.
- Highly competent with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) etc.
- Polite and clear telephone manner.
- Excellent organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and be flexible.
- Excellent standard of written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of SharePoint, cloud telephony.
- Team player.
- Extremely organized.
- Flexible.
- Committed to quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
