Central Admin Service Position:

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Support Services Team Member to join our Central Admin Service team at Ashtons Legal LLP. This is a full-time, entry-level position on a 3 month fixed term contract and is office-based.

As a member of our Central Admin Service, your primary responsibilities will include post services, reprographics, filing, archiving, office services, and reception duties. You will also provide invaluable administrative support to our divisions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Mail and Package Distribution:
    • Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages to the correct teams and divisions.
  • Document Production:
    • Provide photocopying and binding services to all teams.
    • Quality check all work produced.
  • Filing Systems:
    • Assist with archiving documents.
    • Maintain paper files and online filing systems.
  • Stationery Supply:
    • Distribute stationery supplies to each office as needed.
  • Client Meetings:
    • Provide reception services for client meetings.

Key Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook (training provided).
  • Flexible attitude towards working with diverse team members.
