We are seeking a reliable and organized individual to join our central services team in Aberdeen as a mailroom coordinator.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing mail, delivering items to and from external agencies, and assisting with deliveries between firm branches.

Additionally, the candidate will provide support to the reception team during peak times and cover holidays. A full UK driving licence is required, and proficiency in using Microsoft Office software is desirable.

This role involves adapting to daily needs, including tasks like furniture assembly, moving items, and basic DIY. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, enthusiasm, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
