About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to join our EMEA HR team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading talent acquisition efforts and owning the early careers program for the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a medium and long-term talent strategy to address current and future talent needs across the organization.
- Promote Croda as an employer of choice in the candidate market through in-person events and digital media.
- Take the lead in senior-level and strategic recruitment across the region, ensuring a professional and proactive approach to the identification and selection of talent to meet business needs.
- Provide training, coaching, and advice to managers and HR peers to ensure efficient recruitment processes and stay up-to-date with new and innovative recruitment practices.
- Support the HR Director with annual career pathway mapping and talent review processes.
- Take ownership of the early career apprentice and graduate program at a regional level, ensuring effective program management and monitoring ROI.
- Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives in the business to support how Croda can attract and retain talent.
- Work closely with ERG and communication teams in Croda to capture and promote news stories that will drive engagement and/or promote the organization as an ethical and attractive employer externally.
- Provide regular reporting and advice to senior leadership teams in areas of talent attraction, development, and retention.
- Work as part of the global HR network to capture best practice from other regions and Group HR teams, building strong working relationships within the global HR community.
- Take the lead on HR projects pertaining to talent as requested by the HR Director and identify new projects to drive best practice in the region.
