About the RoleAs a Production Manager at Pilgrim's Europe, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to ensure that production targets, quality standards, and profitability objectives are met. This senior role requires proven experience in managing teams within a FMCG environment, with a strong track record of building successful teams and implementing continuous improvement techniques.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels. A strong leader and role model, you will exemplify best practice approaches in performance management, objective setting, coaching, and mentoring.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Production Management team to achieve production, quality, and profitability targets
- Implement continuous improvement techniques to drive efficiency and excellence
- Develop and manage team members to ensure their growth and development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
To be considered for this role, you will require:
- A minimum of 3 years' management experience in a FMCG environment
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build successful teams
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience of implementing continuous improvement techniques
We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, above statutory holiday entitlement, pension scheme, continuous training provided, free on-site parking, discounted employee shop, life cover, shopping discounts, and more.
