About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Tesco Colleague in Truro Superstore. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, greeting customers with a smile and serving them with pride.
  • Build rapport with customers, ensuring they have a great shopping experience.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a clean and safe store environment.
  • Take the initiative to make decisions that are right for our customers.
  • Be at work on time, well-presented, and ready to be a brand ambassador.
