Electrical Data Centre Shift Technician

We are seeking a proactive and electrically biased Shift Technician to join our team at a large Data Centre in Hertfordshire. The successful candidate will work directly with the Data Hosting Company, contributing to the maintenance and upkeep of our state-of-the-art technical facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform planned and reactive maintenance of Single & three-phase power, UPS, Power Generators, lighting, HVAC plant, and air conditioning systems.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of our Data Centre, minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency.
  • Collaborate with our specialist Critical team to resolve complex electrical issues.
Requirements:
  • Full electrical City & Guilds qualification or equivalent.
  • Hands-on experience in M&E maintenance environments, such as Pharmaceutical, Power stations, Banking, Industrial, or Maritime engineering.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
