As a Financial Operations Coordinator, you will be working closely with our team to deliver exceptional service to our clients.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Input and manage sales and purchase invoices on Xero, maintain sales and purchase ledgers, and resolve queries/disputes.
  • Conduct regular bank reconciliations, manage expenses, mileage, and petty cash.
  • Assist with payroll (MoneySoft) and pension administration (Nest).
  • Excellent computer skills on a sales order system with a good understanding of Word and Excel.
  • A competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Holiday entitlement that grows over time, reaching up to 33 days (including bank holidays).
