We are seeking an experienced Private Sector Housing Officer to join our client's team in the North East region. The successful candidate will be responsible for investigating Private Sector Housing related issues, conducting routine visits, and responding to enquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate Private Sector Housing related issues on behalf of the Council
  • Conduct routine visits to neighbourhoods
  • Respond to enquiries and provide support to the community
  • Collaborate with the team to address Private Sector Housing matters
  • Utilize IDOX uniform software to manage tasks and data

Requirements:

  • Qualified under HHSRS
  • Recent Local Authority experience working across Housing
  • Experience in the North East area
