  • Work closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities and activities linked to site cost reduction targets.
  • Flow down customer program requirements into supplier contracts and ensure alignment on key terms and conditions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, engineering, or science.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant business experience, with a minimum of 5 years in procurement management roles.
  • Proven experience in managing an international supply base and building relationships with suppliers.
  • Strong analytical and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
