Job Overview

Somerset Care, an award-winning not-for-profit care provider in the South West, is seeking a skilled Care and Support Professional to join our Home Care Team in Warminster and Westbury. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized support to customers with daily living routines, including personal care, meal preparation, and companionship.
  • Accompany customers to appointments and outings, promoting social interaction and community engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and collaborate with the team to ensure seamless customer care.
Requirements
  • A valid full driving license and reliable vehicle for traveling between customers' homes.
  • Knowledge of the Warminster and Westbury area, ensuring efficient travel times and quality customer care.
  • The right to work in the UK, as Somerset Care cannot offer sponsorship.
  • Availability to work a varied shift pattern, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
