Somerset Care, an award-winning not-for-profit care provider in the South West, is seeking a skilled Care and Support Professional to join our Home Care Team in Warminster and Westbury. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized support to customers with daily living routines, including personal care, meal preparation, and companionship.
- Accompany customers to appointments and outings, promoting social interaction and community engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and collaborate with the team to ensure seamless customer care.
- A valid full driving license and reliable vehicle for traveling between customers' homes.
- Knowledge of the Warminster and Westbury area, ensuring efficient travel times and quality customer care.
- The right to work in the UK, as Somerset Care cannot offer sponsorship.
- Availability to work a varied shift pattern, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- A competitive hourly rate of £12.90, including a 30p travel enhancement.
